This is a second review. The heat, sun and dry air may have been a part to the minor issue I had. During a monsoon rain storm this season, I noticed some leaking at a couple joints at corners. I requested an appointment through the Web for possible repair. Within a day I was contacted by the office with a day and time. Ryan came as scheduled. He remembered the installation from a year ago.
